Compare my RV quotes: what will each one really cost?
Type in up to three quotes, line by line. See the real trip price, the extras on top of the advertised rate, and what one accident would cost you. USD, EUR or GBP. Nothing leaves your browser.

An RV quote shows one big number, but it is rarely the price you pay. Miles, kits, prep and generator fees, service fees, taxes and protection come on top, and the deductible decides what a scrape in a campground costs you. Copy the lines from your quotes into the boxes below. Leave a box empty if the quote doesn’t mention it: the checklist then tells you what to ask before you pay.

Sorted by nothing but your numbers: no provider pays to look cheaper here. The deductible line assumes one accepted claim; exclusions (reversing, roof, interior) can make it higher. Compare them in our insurance guide.
Where to get quotes
Three kinds of seller, three kinds of quote. Get one of each for the same dates and vehicle size, then compare them above. Listed alphabetically within each group; nobody paid to be here.
Miles (charged per mile unless you buy a package), kits, prep and generator fees, local taxes; cover with a $3,000 deductible is included [A — agent page; insurance guide]
Host-set miles, cleaning and generator fees; a service fee (Outdoorsy: 10%); a protection package added at checkout with a $500–1,500 deductible for most RVs
Often priced in euros with cover and a mileage package bundled in; check which items are “payable locally” at pickup and whether the deposit is still charged by the rental company [A — not checked per broker]
Link note: the links in this table are plain links, not affiliate links. We have applied to the partner programmes of some of these companies; if a link ever earns us a commission, it will be labelled right next to it, and the order above will stay alphabetical. Our only affiliate links today are marked Amazon links in our gear guides and on a few trip pages; as an Amazon Associate, Runway to Rim earns from qualifying purchases. See our disclosure.
How the comparison works
Real trip price = base rental + miles + kits + fees + service fee + taxes + protection + one-way fee + transfer + hotel night. The deposit is not in it: you get it back if nothing happens.
Miles: planned distance minus the distance included, times the price per extra mile, plus any package you bought. If you enter kilometres we convert them (1 km = 0.621 miles), because US quotes charge per mile.
Taxes as % apply to rental, miles, kits and fees; service fee as % applies to the base rental. Check your quote: some providers tax other lines.
If one accident happens = real trip price + one deductible. It shows how far apart a cheap quote with a high deductible and a dearer zero-excess package really are.
Typical values [A] come from our cost pages and insurance guide (checked 27–28 Oct 2026): fleet $0.39 a mile, $125 vehicle kit, $75 per personal kit, $50 prep, $8 a night generator, $3,000 deductible, $500 deposit [A — agent page]; marketplace 10% service fee, $30 a night protection and a $1,500 deductible [A]; broker package: cover included with no deductible [A — check your package].
Not a quote, not advice. This tool only does the arithmetic on the numbers you enter. The provider’s terms on the day you book decide what you pay. Typical values are estimates [A]. Spotted a fee we should list? Tell us at info@runwaytorim.com.
